Please note: a Gripper is required to use our Packers. If this is your first purchase, make sure to include a Gripper. You can then reuse the same Gripper as you move from Packer to Packer.
33 mm OD, fit for most wearers! This is designed to be roughly the same size as most other consumer devices. These are hand-made silicone extended retainers. You start with the longest one you can comfortably fit (see the our Length Sizing page if you're not sure), then move to the next size every few weeks or so. Fits with most Grippers, but is designed to pair with the Gripper available on this site. Comes with a hole and frenulum notch. These are made to order due to silicone costs and cure time, so expect order turn-around to take about a week.
Is this size not quite right for you? No worries, we can also custom design a specific Packer for you, and we're also expanding our catalog for smaller and larger sizes shortly. This "Medium" size is the "one size fits most" model.

Packer itself is great but the gripper is too flexible (doesn't grip well)

Comfortable stretching device
So glad I bought these. They're super comfortable and I can easily wear them all day. I bought 15mm, 20mm and 25mm, so got the 3 for 2 offer that was on at the time. I've progressed to the 20mm already and getting consistent night time roll-over. They're definitely working!

I have been using the product for about 10 days. Very little learning curve. I have been restoring for over a decade. I have some overhang and continue to retain at night. Always looking to increase the overhang to ensure coverage. Being whole brings new pleasure and deep satisfaction.
Obviously I have used many methods, homemade, tape, air devices, pusher rods, etc. This system is the most comfortable I have ever used. I forget it is in place. It seems to me that it should be as effective as any other. The grippers seem a little thin. I wonder how they will hold up. Otherwise, no issues I can see.
