How to Use Our Devices

Using Restore in Comfort foreskin restoration packers and grippers requires cleaning the device, rolling your shaft skin evenly over the body, and securing it with the silicone gripper to apply continuous gentle tension.

Preparation and Cleaning
  • Wash parts: Clean your packer and silicone gripper with mild, non-moisturizing soap and warm water. Dry them completely.
  • Ensure dry skin: Make sure your hands and penile shaft are clean and free of oils or lotions so the gripper does not slip.
Application
  • Attach the gripper: Place the top of the packer through the hole of the gripper to connect them. Ensure the rounded edges face outward instead of inward. Diagram (nsfw)
  • Flip the gripper: Flip the outer edge of the gripper completely inside out.  Diagram (nsfw)
  • Position the device: Place the tip of the packer against your glans (penis head), aligning the frenulum notch to the underside of the penis.
  • Roll the skin: Pull your shaft skin up smoothly over the body/cone of the packer.  Diagram 1 (nsfw) Diagram 2 (nsfw)
  • Engage the gripper: Roll or flip the outer ring of the silicone gripper down over the captured skin to lock it firmly in place.  Diagram (nsfw)
  • From here I recommend lightly lifting the edges of the gripper to help release any folded or pinched skin.
Wear and Removal
  • If it hurts or you feel anything beyond extremely mild discomfort after 10 or so minutes, take it off and try again. If this remains the case, its likely too long.
  • Take breaks: You can technically wear the device as long as you see fit, but remove it immediately if you feel sharp pain, severe pinching, or numbness to let the tissue rest. I personally recommend taking the device off for an hour every couple of hours or so.
  • Take it off: Roll the outer edge of the gripper back up and off the skin to safely release the device.
  • I do not recommend that you wear the device overnight, as nocturnal erections can hurt you if you do not have enough skin.
