Q: How often should I clean the packers and grippers?

A: You should wash all silicone parts with soap (hand soap or dish soap) and rinse well with hot water after every use.

Q: Are Grippers required?

A: Yes, you will need at least one Gripper to use with the Packers. You can continue using the same Gripper as you increase Packer sizes, so no need to purchase more than one.

Q: Can I use other Grippers, or do I need to use the one specifically from this store?

A: No, you can use other Grippers, but ours is designed to work specifically with our Packers, ensuring the most comfortable experience all around.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: If it's a standard order, we've improved our processes significantly over the past two months, and expect production to take around a week. Custom orders can take significantly longer, but we're working now to improve the time it takes for these as well (requires creating a new custom mold, etc).
