New People, Products, & Equipment!

Hey everyone! It’s been a minute since my last update, but so much has changed since January that I figured it was finally time to pop in and catch you all up.

The Business & Operations Stuff

My big goal right now is cutting lead times in half, moving from a variable two-week turnaround down to a solid one week. To make that happen, I’ve brought on two new team members to help elevate both operations and production! They've both worked hard to understand and master the process inside and out, and are already beginning to make a difference in customer service, order processing, and speed of manufacturing and molding.

On top of that, we have a major equipment upgrade on the way that’s going to speed up the molding process significantly. This will help us manage backlogs much better and free me up to focus on what I love most: refining and expanding the device lineup.

The Fun Stuff (New Products!)

I have a whole lineup of new releases in the works, starting with a couple of highly requested options. First up, I’m rolling out standard-sized 55mm and 60mm length packers. These are by far my most common custom requests, so instead of making them one-by-one with temporary molds, I’m building permanent molds for both sizes and adding them to the standard lineup with standard pricing.

Second, design work is officially underway for a new batch of standard sizes, starting with larger diameters. I don't have an exact release date just yet, but things are moving behind the scenes, so stay tuned!
